- Experience in creating business cases to prioritize investments and measuring/tracking output to ensure robust governance.

- Strong knowledge of RPA, AI/ML, and Generative AI technologies with an emphasis on Automation and AI/ML.
- you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution while contributing to the automation development best practices.
- Work with client IT Team and Quality Engineering to ensure automated solutions meet the needs, criteria, and business rules and regulations.
- This role will work with business stakeholders to scope potential processes for automation and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) for solutions that will enhance business processes by incorporating increased automation, integrating quality data, developing analytic capabilities, and utilizing technology to deliver quality outputs in less time.
- Review current state process capture documents and implement process re-engineering to support automation and transform use cases into tangible assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and technology service vendors, business analysts, and technical analysts. Review output and follow recommendations to optimizations and improve success rate for both in development and in production automations.
- Partner with other stakeholders across enterprise/BU’s to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial and executive teams
- Develop and document best practices for developing software robots.
- Drive identification of requirements across Business units and identify processes for automation through evaluation of real-time data.
- You’ll will use process discovery tools to analyse the existing process and identify process optimization and automation opportunities across the client’s business units.
- Service as thought leader for technical business processes, develop forward-thinking process recommendations that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels.
- Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparency communication at all levels
- You’ll work as an automation evangelist to identify latest technology trends and evaluate technology, tools and platforms bring in best solutions to suit our clients.
- You’ll conduct periodic technology sessions to our client’s key stake holds to share latest and relevant technologies to drive their business/digital transformation.
- You’ll Perform, evaluate, and communicate through quality assurance at every stage of project execution and business improvement
- Monitor, capture metrics and measure the effectiveness of processes, create base line and measure post deployment
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
- You’ll support and author technology POV’s, blogs, white papers and service line offerings documents.
- Conduct technology sessions with our sales teams to brief about our new service offerings, new case studies and POV’s.
- You’ll pan and conduct technical training sessions for our IPA team to upskill /reskill in relevant technologies to improve the individual performance and to meet the client/ market demands and to stay relevant.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
- Support development team during development and Business Team for UAT and post deployment performance improvement.
- Perform post implementation review and capture metrics and KPI’s and build Benefit realization report with ROI data.

**Skills required to contribute**:
**Mandatory Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Business Process Automation domain with at least 5-8
