Cam Programmer

**Job Title**: CAM Programmer - Engineer/Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager

**Location**: Bhuj, Gujarat

**Experience**: 3 - 12 years

**Salary Range**: ₹3,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per year (Negotiable as per experience and skills)

**Technical Skills & Requirements**:
**Qualification**: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Manufacturing.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Proficiency in CAM software: Mastercam, NX, Powermill, Hypermill, Delcam.
- Hands-on experience in 3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis CNC machining.
- Strong understanding of mould tooling, machining processes, and CAD-CAM integration.
- Exposure to tyre mould / tooling industry will be an added advantage

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and optimize CAM programs for CNC machines (Milling, EDM, Wire-Cut, Engraving, Carving).
- Work on tread patterns, sidewall designs, and mould cavity machining.
- Generate precise tool paths from CAD models and validate using simulations.
- Collaborate with Design, Production & Quality teams to ensure accuracy and precision.
- Troubleshoot machining/programming issues and implement process improvements.
- Document and maintain process sheets, machining notes, and best practices.
- Work on continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity and reduce machining costs.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
