We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales team in achieving targets and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Sales Coordinator will act as a bridge between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments, ensuring timely communication, documentation, and follow-up on sales activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
- Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Liaise with other departments (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of orders
- Track and follow up on leads, prospects, and pending orders
- Support sales team with administrative tasks and documentation
- Monitor stock levels and product availability in coordination with the inventory team
- Ensure prompt communication between the sales team and clients

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in a sales coordination, administrative, or support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment
- Knowledge of inventory or order management systems
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
