- Is able to froth the milk and make coffee as per the standard.
- Has the basic knowledge about coffee beans and coffee machine.
- Knows the descriptions, recipe and serving standards of all hot and cold beverages.
- Knows the descriptions, basic ingredients and serving standards for all food items from the menu.
- Follows the cleaning and hygiene guidelines.
- Handles the basic level of product related complaints.
- Follows the standard process of order taking.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
