**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Helping Technology Validation Manager in Planning field trails, pilots, and experiment for technology validation
- Following the guidelines provided by Manager for impact matrices, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks to organize data of trails/pilots
- Collecting and organizing data from trial/pilots
- Visiting trail/pilot locations as per the requirements
- Organizing and conducting engagement activities with farmers or FPOs to explain about our technology
- Identifying Field Coordinator Person (FCP) who will be direct Point of Contact (POC) for farmers or FPOs regarding anything related to our technology
- Providing training to FCP regarding data monitoring frameworks and how FCP should be collecting data along with proper reporting structure
- Identifying new leads or prospects and converting them into our customers
- Conducting research and analyzing data to identify crops, regions, and suitable partners for trails/pilots
- Writing and proofreading various proposal for trails/pilots
- Organizing events and product exhibitions to create awareness among farmers
- Updating databases of users and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Monitoring performance of trails/pilot
- Assists in securing access to potential partners for trails/pilots or other collaborations
- Travels to meet farmers/FPOs, organizing workshops, planning various activities to engage farmers during meetings, etc.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- Gradute or 1-2 years of relevant experience in working in field and various large scale pilots of agriculture products
- Must have education or experience in the agriculture field
**PREFERRED SKILLS**
- Proven experience as a Technology Validations or similar role
- Must open to work in the challenging environment of the growing startup
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Tools, and Understanding of CRM tools
- Excellent communication and people skills especially interacting with rural people
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and commercial awareness
