We are seeking a talented Content Writer Intern to join our team and contribute to our digital platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about sports, writing, and storytelling to gain valuable experience in sports industry. The Content Writer Intern will work closely with our content team to create engaging and informative articles, blog posts, social media content, and other written materials that resonate with our diverse audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Generate creative and compelling written content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. This includes articles, blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and more.
- **Research**: Conduct thorough research on relevant topics, trends, and developments in the sports industry to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- **Editing and Proofreading**: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines. Proofread for grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content team, as well as other departments such as marketing, social media, and editorial, to brainstorm ideas, coordinate content calendars, and ensure content consistency across platforms.
- **Content Optimization**: Assist in optimizing content for search engines (SEO) and social media platforms to increase visibility, engagement, and reach.
- **Monitoring and Analysis**: Monitor the performance of content using analytics tools to track key metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversion rates. Use insights to inform future content strategies and optimizations.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in Journalism, Communications, English, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong writing skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to craft engaging narratives.
- Passion for sports and a solid understanding of spectator sports industry trends, teams, players, and events.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in writing, blogging, journalism, or content creation is a plus but not required.
