**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, onboard, and manage new **retailers, dealers, and distributors** in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly **sales targets** by ensuring order fulfillment from retail partners.
- Conduct market visits daily to build strong relationships with store owners and decision-makers.

**Channel Partner Management**:

- Ensure existing retailers are well-stocked and motivated to push company products.
- Resolve retailer queries regarding pricing, stock availability, and promotions.
- Train retail staff on product features and sales techniques.

**Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking**:

- Monitor competitor activities (schemes, pricing, new launches) and provide feedback to management.
- Gather market trends and retailer feedback to improve sales strategies.

**Sales Promotions & Schemes Execution**:

- Implement trade schemes, discounts, and promotional campaigns to boost sales.
- Ensure proper branding and visibility of products at retail outlets.

**Order & Payment Collection**:

- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections from retailers.
- Coordinate with logistics for timely product delivery
