Site Supervisor

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- **Resource Allocation**: Allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- **Layout plans**: conduct and coordinate with surveyors to survey, contour levelling, plan preparation as per DTCP norms and standards and approval follow ups.
- **Cost Estimation**: Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on architectural plans, specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
- **Quantity Takeoff**: Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs of materials, labor, and equipment required for each phase of the project.
- **Vendor Management**: Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities to maximize profitability.
- **Value Engineering**: Collaborate with the project team to identify value engineering opportunities, optimizing design and construction methods to minimize costs.
- **Change Order Management**: Review and process change orders, assessing the impact on project costs and timelines.
- **Cost Reporting**: Prepare regular cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses, providing insights to project stakeholders and management.
- **Progress Reporting**: Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management and stakeholders.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- **Team Leadership**: Provide guidance, support, and supervision to construction crews, subcontractors, and laborers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- **Cost Management**: Assist in monitoring project expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and minimizing deviations from budgetary constraints.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction and site supervision, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in India.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various project sites as needed.

**Salary**: From ₹22,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Civil engineering: 3 years (required)
- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:
