Sales Representative Job Tasks:

- **Prospecting & Lead Generation**:

- Research potential clients and industries for new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings with prospective clients.
- **Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations**:

- Present products or services to potential clients, either in-person or virtually.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Tailor presentations to meet client needs and address pain points.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and providing support.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Negotiation & Closing**:

- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure contracts.
- Handle objections and address concerns to close sales effectively.
- Work with legal or finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:

- Track and report on sales activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM software.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as necessary.
- **Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
- Identify new market opportunities and suggest improvements to sales strategies.
- **Collaboration with Team**:

- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment.
- Attend team meetings and share insights on sales strategies and client feedback.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- **Customer Feedback & Reporting**:

- Collect customer feedback to relay to the product team for improvements.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and client needs.
- **Travel (if applicable)**:

- Attend client meetings, trade shows, or conferences as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,706.38 - ₹25,006.61 per month
