**About Free Smile Foundation**:

We are looking for a passionate Communication & Outreach Intern to help amplify our message, increase visibility, and engage effectively with stakeholders and the general public.

**Job Description (JD)**:

- **Position Title**: Communications & Outreach Intern
- **Location**: Free Smile Foundation Office / Remote
- **Duration**: 3-6 months
- **Stipend**: 2000-3000 Per month
- **Recognition**: Certification and non-financial recognition upon completion
- **Reports to**: Communications & Outreach Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- As a Communication & Outreach Intern, you will support the Foundation’s communication efforts and engage with stakeholders to spread awareness about our programs and impact. Your responsibilities will include_:

- Assist in creating and curating content for NGO’s website, newsletters, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), and other communication channels.
- Develop and design promotional materials, infographics, blogs, and impact stories to communicate the organization’s achievements.
- Build and maintain relationships with social media contacts, partner, donors, ad community stakeholder.
- Supports the creation of press releasees, media kits, and public announcements.
- Coordinate ad support outreach activities such as workshops, awareness campaigns, and community engagement programs.

**Qalifications & Requirments**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in communications, Public Relation, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with different teams.
- Passion for social change, with an interest in non-profit communication and outreach.

**Terms of Reference (ToR)**:

- **Objective**: To enhance Free Smile Foundation’s visibility and engagement through effective communication and outreach efforts.

**Expected Deliverables**:

- Engaging content for social media, online platforms and print media.
- Weekly and monthly content plans for social media and newsletters.
- Updated stakeholder database.
- reports on outreach activities and their impact, including social media analytics.
