Planning and designing menus for eating establishments.
- Calculating costs and liaising with suppliers.
- Directing kitchen operations and managing kitchen staff.
- Overseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processes.
- Delegating tasks and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.
- Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Chef: 6 years (preferred)
