**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive financial literacy lessons to individuals
- Create lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of the learners.
- Utilize technology tools and platforms to enhance the learning experience and facilitate remote teaching.
- Assess the progress and understanding of learners through assignments, quizzes, and exams.
- Provide feedback and guidance to learners to help them improve their financial literacy skills.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in financial education and incorporate them into the teaching materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the curriculum and teaching methods.
- Communicate effectively with learners and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and attendance.
- Adhere to deadlines and deliver high-quality teaching materials and assessments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
- Experience using technology in the classroom to enhance the learning experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial education and literacy concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of different learners.
- Organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver lessons.
- Patience and empathy to work with learners of different backgrounds and skill levels.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
