**What you’ll do**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with peer Architects, Master & Distinguished Technologists across global engineering groups of HPE CTG
- Lead and influence agile development activities including sprint grooming, Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos and spearhead best development practices with the team
- Lead the culture of innovation and passion-driven development and mentor the team towards the same.
- Reviews and evaluates designs and project activities for compliance and standards and provides tangible feedback to improve product quality and mitigate failure risk.
- Provides Telecom Network management domain-specific expertise
- Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner
- Responsible for developing reliable, cost-effective, and high-quality software
- Develop Intelligent Assurance Value packs on top of HPE Unified Console. It integrates collection rules, computation rules (KPI/KQI), anomaly detection rules, and graphical user interfaces.
- Owns design, coding, unit/functional testing, integration, and documentation activities required based on specific objectives and established project guidelines.
- Integrate into the solution with a hybrid cloud environment (containers, VMs)
- Interface with Integration and system teams who require infrastructure support for their CICD chain and testing.

**What you need to bring**:
**Education and Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Overall, 12+ Years of industry experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant skills explained in the requirement.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Technical leadership skills with proven Design/Architect experience
- Experience with HPE Unified Console and the View Designer is a plus
- Good UX Skills to represent information.
- Quick learner of new products and SDK.
- Ability to work with teams with agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe). SAFe certification is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

- Cloud infrastructure: K8s Vanilla, AWS, Redhat Openshift, Docker
- Cloud deployment: Helm
- Database: Cassandra, Kairos DB, CouchDB
- Collection & Mediation framework: Embulk, Telegraf, Kafka Stream
- Programming languages: JavaScript, AngularJS, JSON, RESTAPI, HTML, CSS
- Source Code Management & Tools : Git, JIRA
