**Landscape Architect (HYBRID WORKFLOW) Job Description**:
**THIS IS NOT A SALARIED JOB. THE WORK AND PAYMENT IS ON PROJECT BASIS. OFFICE ATTENDANCE OF ATLEAST 4 DAYS PER WEEK IS EXPECTED. REST WORK CAN BE DONE WORK FROM HOME.**

As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- **Developing 3D Concepts and Designs**:

- Create innovative 3D concepts and designs for landscape architecture projects.
- Translate ideas into visual representations that align with project goals.
- **Presentation Creation**:

- Prepare compelling presentations of drawings, renderings, and conceptual designs.
- Effectively communicate design intent to stakeholders.
- **Detailed Design Development**:

- Develop detailed landscape designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with other consultants to integrate various aspects of the project.
- **Client Alignment and Coordination**:

- Assist in client meetings to align project vision and requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with the principal architect and other team members.
- **Communication**:
**Qualifications**:

- **Masters in Landscape Architecture with one year post Masters experience** or **B. Arch with 2 years Landscape Experience**.

**Skills Required**:

- **Design**: Proficiency in conceptualizing and visualizing landscape elements.
- **Detailing**: Ability to create precise and comprehensive design documentation.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Software Skills Required**:

- **AutoCAD**:

- **Sketchup, D5 Render**:

- **Revit knowledge a plus.**

**Experience Required**:

- **2-8 years** of relevant experience.

**Note**:
