**Role Impact**

As a Telesales Executive, you are the voice of Image Mobiles and Computers. This role is pivotal in building customer relationships, driving product awareness, and converting inquiries into successful sales. Your ability to communicate value and understand customer needs directly supports our sales goals and strengthens our brand presence across Kerala. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, growth-driven team that directly influences our bottom line and long-term customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and offers
- Provide detailed product information and address customer inquiries effectively
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities
- Work closely with the retail and marketing teams to align campaigns and promotions
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with sales software or CRM tools
- Customer-focused mindset with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Team collaboration and adaptability to dynamic retail environments

**Qualifications**
- Minimum educational qualification**:Plus Two (12th Grade Pass)**:

- Fluency in Malayalam and working proficiency in English

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
