**Job Summary**

As a Team member you will be responsible to Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner, Review the complex approval packages and Underwriting documents to perform annual review of clients, Frequently follow up with the Underwriters/Business Partners on the missing documents or required information to complete the BAU activities, manage exceptions and escalate timely if and when required.

**Responsibilities**:
 Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner
 Review the complex approval packages and Underwriting documents to perform annual review of clients
 Frequently follow up with the Underwriters/Business Partners on the missing documents or required information to complete the BAU activities, manage exceptions and escalate timely if and when required.
 Collaborate with other team members to achieve Business goals and contribute to initiatives to help improve team performance and processes
 Meet and exceed the turnaround time and accuracy rate as per the specified target, Have an eye for details
 Ensure adherence to the quality control standards that have been set for the process
 Take part in organization's initiatives to make the best out of the opportunities presented and be a part of JPMC's inclusive culture

**Required Qualification, Skills and Capabilities**

 You should be open to work in shifts
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
 Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
 Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
 Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines

**Preferred Qualification, Skills and Capabilities**

 Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting
 1-2 years of experience preferably in Banking/Financial Institution/Loan Operations/Underwriting
 Comfortable with using Microsoft Office tools specially Excel and Word
 Self motivated to ensure high morale during stressful times
