**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role of a Commodity Trader located in Mumbai. The Commodity Trader will be responsible for day-to-day trading activities in the commodity markets, managing finance, and hedging. The Commodity Trader will also be responsible for sales activities.

**Qualifications**

I Strong knowledge of commodity markets and trading

l Performing buy and sell orders for commodities over multiple exchanges

l Operating software tools and platforms for option trading

l Marketing services to new and existing clients

l Networking with other traders and investment professionals

l Using financial publications to analyze market conditions

l Mentoring trainees in the commodities industry

l Communicating with clients before, during and after trading

l Providing advice to clients regarding the buying and selling of commodities

l Understanding futures contracts

l Tracking the market performance at domestic and international scales

l Buying and selling goods at a price the client agrees on

l Providing advice to clients about buying, selling or investing

l Analyzing various reports about the market

l Developing strategies for investment

l Visiting shippers, producers or retailers in domestic and international settings

l Operating tools and platforms for trading

l Understanding and developing futures contracts

l Communicating with clients throughout the trading process

l Maintaining professional relationships with clients

Qualification

MBA -Finance

2-3 years Experience in a similar role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
