Motilal Oswal is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Hyderabad. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in driving our brand’s presence in the financial services sector. Your responsibilities will encompass both strategic and operational aspects of marketing, with a strong focus on collaboration with educational institutes and leveraging market insights to enhance our business development efforts.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential partnerships with educational institutions, fostering relationships to expand our network, and driving initiatives to secure new clients. You will also engage with various stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience. Additionally, you will conduct thorough market analysis of trade markets, specifically the NSE and BSE, to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Your insights will be crucial in shaping our marketing strategies and positioning our offerings effectively in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.
Conduct market research and analyze trends in the trading market to identify new business opportunities.
Contact educational institutes and organisations for collaboration to expand our network and secure new accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Maintain and analyze customer data to improve marketing effectiveness and inform decisionmaking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
**Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.**
- Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in sales filed (Insurance, loans, stock market and other similar fields ) required.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, particularly related to trading platform Fair understanding of trade markets and financial services.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
