**Job Opening**: Academic Support Executive

**Location**: Nungambakkam & Guindy

**Work Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Languages**: English & Tamil

**Mode of Work**: On-site (School & Office)

**Experience**: Freshers or up to 6 months of experience (Immediate joiners preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Coordinate NEET & IIT-JEE classes in partner schools.

2. Assist teachers with class setup and course materials.

3. Organize Parent-Teacher Meetings and weekly timetables.

4. Collect and analyze feedback from phase tests.

5. Communicate with parents regarding student attendance and concerns.

6. Manage daily meetings with teachers for progress updates.

7. Help prepare question papers and exam schedules.

8. Handle admissions, student inquiries, and fee collection.

9. Maintain academic records and performance reports.

10.Resolve parent grievances.

**Skills & Requirements**

1. Recent graduates or up to 1 year of experience (Education field preferred).

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

4. Proactive with a positive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
