**Responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
- Lead and manage the development team, driving innovation and ensuring high-quality software development practices.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimization.
- Implement best practices for software development, quality assurance, and security standards.
- Manage the technical infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement within the technology team.
- Work closely with the CMO and CEO to develop and execute technology-driven strategies that support business growth.
- Evaluate and select third-party vendors and technology partners, as needed.
- Lead and participate in code reviews, architectural design sessions, and technical discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. But Degree is no bar, coding is.
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar senior technology leadership role in a fast-paced startup or digital platform.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
- Deep understanding of web and mobile technologies, cloud computing, and scalable architecture.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a technical team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to disrupt industries.
- Experience in the sharing economy, marketplace platforms, or the food industry is a plus.
