Tele Caller Executive

We're hiring for a **Tele Caller** Role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Place outbound calls to registered local voters using a provided script and guidelines.
- Clearly and compellingly communicate our client's message, promises and platform to voters.
- Keep detailed records of voter interactions and feedback in a CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets for call volume and voter engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for voter outreach and mobilization.

**Requirements**:
1) Proficiency in verbal Hindi and Nocte.

3) Intermediate or equivalent; Bachelor degree preferred.

4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in a competitive sales environment.

6) Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

7) Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for achieving targets.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
