**Job Description**:

- Driving sales performance of the e-commerce platform and on websites
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns on e-commerce websites
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment
gaps
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or
comments
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sellthrough and offer code performance
- Add New Listing on various platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, Myntra, etc
- Manage company websites and do the necessary changes when it is required
- Need high level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
simultaneously
- Managing coordination with Graphic designer and content writer from time to time and take follow-up for
the tasks that have been assigned to them

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

**Experience**:
