The role involves delivering value-add scientific information, including manual coding to patent records, according to both individual and team volume and quality targets.

We are looking for an Associate Content Editor to join our team in Noida This is an amazing opportunity to work on Patents with emerging technologies which keep us updated with ongoing/latest inventions/discoveries.

About you - Experience, Education, Skills

Education Qualifications: B.E or B.Tech (Respective Domains - E.g., IT, EEE, ECE, EIE, Mechanical, Metallurgy, Material Science) Comprehensive knowledge in the respective Engineering domain
- Education: BE or BTech degree in Instrumentation.
- Work experience: Freshers preferred, or one year of experience in related domain.
- Comprehensive knowledge in the respective Engineering domain.
- Technical skills as defined for each technology area.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Appreciation of customer requirements for information products specific to the technology/ scientific area.

What will you do in this role

Quality Checks of Patent Abstracts.
- Analyzing output of abstracts generated through automatic AI tools and provide feedback.
- Identify and suggest ideas for increasing automation quality of patent abstraction.
- Execute auditing at all levels based on DWPI Policy, System algorithm and aligning to Customer Expectations.
- Identify and reduce/eliminate defects within the production process.
- Compile and analyze statistical data using tools. eg: Excel, PowerBI, etc.
- Investigate customer complaints and product issues.
- Maintain awareness of current developments in own technology areas.
- Achieve and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Effective personal planning and time management.
- Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach towards process change.
- To deputize for team members as and when required.
- To take responsibility for identifying technology training and developmental needs for you on an on-going basis.

Hours of Work

Work timings is in IST - 9 hours (including one hour break)
