**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand product requirements and specifications.
- Assist in coordinating product development activities, including research, design, and testing.
- Support the Product Manager in analyzing market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities and threats.
- Help maintain product documentation and specifications.
- Assist in managing product inventory levels and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Provide support in resolving customer inquiries and issues related to product functionality.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Support the Product Manager in preparing reports and presentations for senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma in Electricals and Electronics** or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Prior experience in distribution management or related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
