Engish Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on English language proficiency, including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and interactive activities to enhance learning.
- Assess our Employees ’ current language skills and track their progress through assessments and feedback.
- Provide personalized coaching and support to learners based on their skill levels.
- Conduct group and one-on-one sessions as needed.
- Enhance participants' confidence in public speaking, presentations, and professional communication.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate innovative training techniques

.**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an English Trainer or Language Instructor is preferred.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners of different proficiency levels.
- Familiarity with online and offline teaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for training (PowerPoint, Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.) is a plus.
