**Design, develop, and execute test cases** for both manual and automated testing.
- **Analyze requirements and specifications** to create detailed and comprehensive test plans.
- **Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing** to ensure software quality.
- **Develop and maintain automation scripts** using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- **Identify, document, and track defects** using bug-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- **Collaborate with developers and product teams** to resolve issues and improve software performance.
- **Validate bug fixes** and ensure smooth software releases.
- **Conduct cross-browser and cross-platform testing** to ensure compatibility.
- **Prepare detailed test reports** and maintain proper documentation.
- **Ensure all testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.**

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong knowledge of software testing concepts** - SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
- **Experience in manual testing** - writing test cases, test scenarios, and executing test plans.
- **Hands-on experience with automation tools** - Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
- **Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language** (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.) for automation.
- **Familiarity with version control tools** like Git or GitHub.
- **Understanding of API testing** using Postman or similar tools.
- **Basic knowledge of databases and SQL queries** for backend validation.
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Good communication and teamwork skills** for coordination with developers and QA leads.
- **Ability to work efficiently during day shifts** and manage multiple test cycles.
