Purchase Assistant

_**Role**:_

Purchase Assistant will beresponsible for preparation, co-ordination and maintenance of Purchase Orders and also responsible to receive and TPL/MRS register maintain.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Prepare all purchase indents and purchase approval in ERP
- Prepare all purchase order/job orders in ERP.
- Preparing Vendor wise Raw Material (boards) pending statement.
- Maintain MRS TPL day to day basis and coordinate with Purchase Manager.
- Maintaining purchase order and filing indent copies.
- Scanning all quotations in general folder for Audit Purpose at account dept.
- Maintain Project wise Powder requirements statement.
- ERP Raw materials /BOC/ Hardware’s Master Creations.
- Preparing glass / Edgebanding pending orders statement weekly wise.
- Receiving of TPL / MRS for purchase department & distribution of the above all concerned persons in the department.
- Receiving of Storage Hardware’s and Hardware’s list from Planning and issuing it to stores

Receiving Snag request and Distribution

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
