Metallurgical Technician

**What do we do?**

We are a 30-year-old engineering company involved in Laser Cladding and Laser heat treatment. We work with powder metallurgy and 2D printing. We use state of the art Lasers and Robots to perform laser cladding and laser heat treatment.

**What do we need: Metallurgical Technician**

We are seeking a Metallurgical Technician to assist in testing and studying materials. You will work on the shop floor to make sure the parameters for the process are met and are safe, and right for the purpose.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Test diferent kinds of alloy steel for strength and quality
- Use machines and tools to cut, shape, and examine samples
- Record results and write simple reports
- Help engineers improve metal products and processes
- Follow safety rules and keep the shop floor clean
- Use computers to track data and test results

**What You Need as a Qualification**:

- Diploma or degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of metals and how they behave
- Good with tools and lab equipment
- Able to read and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and good teamwork skills

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience working in a lab or factory
- Familiarity with metallurgical testing, tools and equipment
- Understanding of safety procedures

**Growth**:
This role can lead to senior technician or engineering positions with experience and training.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
