**Position Overview**:
We are on the lookout for a Motion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Visual Storytelling**: Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging visual stories that enhance our brand’s presence and market position.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our marketing, design, and content teams to ensure consistency and coherence in our visual messaging.

- **Feedback Implementation**: Use feedback from user engagement metrics to refine and improve visual content.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in motion graphics design, with a portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity.
- Mastery of design and animation tools such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and user engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas and designs effectively.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a passion for storytelling through visual design.
