Job Title: E-commerce Website Handler

Reports to: E-commerce Manager/Director

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management (40%):
1. Process and fulfill daily orders accurately and efficiently.

2. Manage order status updates, cancellations, and refunds.

3. Coordinate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.

4. Resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders.

Inventory Management (30%):
1. Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels.

2. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

3. Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.

4. Optimize inventory turnover and minimize stockouts/overstocking.

Sales Performance and Analysis (20%):
1. Monitor and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance.

2. Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

3. Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and revenue.

4. Collaborate with marketing team to optimize product listings and promotions.

Website Management (10%):
1. Ensure website content accuracy and updation (product descriptions, images, pricing).

2. Monitor website performance, uptime, and technical issues.

3. Coordinate with development team for website updates and enhancements.

Additional Responsibilities:
2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor analysis.

3. Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.

4. Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
