Clinical Psychologist

**Qualification**
- M. Phil in Clinical Psychology
- RCI Registration
- Experience in clinical psychology, preferably in a child development sector.
- Strong diagnostic and assessment skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to ethical and evidence-based practice.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, emotional, and cognitive functioning.
- Administer standardized assessments and clinical interviews to identify diagnoses and treatment needs.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, client goals, and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Collaborate with clients to set achievable treatment goals and monitor progress throughout therapy.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Implement interventions to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health concerns.
- Consult and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologist, social workers, and special educators.
- Provide guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss treatment strategies and share expertise.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
