Key Responsibilities
- **Assist in the operation of machinery**, which may include CNC machines, conventional lathes, or other specialized equipment.
- **Support the production process** by preparing materials, setting up tools, and ensuring the smooth flow of work.
- **Perform quality checks** and inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- **Interpret technical drawings and blueprints** to understand part dimensions and tolerances.
- **Learn and adhere to all safety protocols** and maintenance procedures for all equipment.
- **Collaborate with senior technicians and engineers** to troubleshoot issues and optimize manufacturing processes.

**Requirements**:

- **BE, Diploma, or ITI** in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
