Purchase Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source and procure industrial machinery, spare parts, and associated equipment.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain the best terms (price, quality, delivery).
- Compare technical specifications of machinery as per requirement and supplier offers.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and develop new supplier sources.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, engineering, accounts) to understand requirements and align purchasing activities.
- Raise Purchase Orders (POs), track delivery schedules, and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Handle import documentation and liaise with freight forwarders/customs when required.
- Maintain and update procurement records, vendor database, and machinery procurement status reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to procurement.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Good knowledge of machinery used in manufacturing/engineering industries.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
- Analytical thinking and cost-conscious decision-making.
- Understanding of technical specifications and ability to read machinery catalogs or datasheets.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree / Supply Chain / related field.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
