**Job Purpose**:
To assist the fabrication team in cutting, welding, grinding, and assembling metal structures and components as per drawings and instructions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist fabricators and welders in daily work.
- Handle and prepare raw materials like sheets, pipes, and sections.
- Support in **cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting** of components.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Hold or position workpieces during welding and assembly.
- Load and unload materials, and ensure proper storage.
- Follow safety rules and wear personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any defects or issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Support fabrication of structures such as frames, tanks, ducts, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum: 8th / 10th Pass
- ITI (Welder / Fitter) preferred

**Experience**:

- 0 to 2 years in fabrication / workshop / mechanical field

**Skills Required**:

- Basic knowledge of fabrication tools and materials
- Ability to assist in cutting, welding, and assembly
- Physically fit and able to work in a workshop environment
- Understanding of safety rules

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
