**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Coordination with all Agencies/Contractors/Architects.
- Expert in making BAR- Chart of work and achieve deadlines accordingly.
- Skilled full in making BOQ/BOM and freezing Specifications.
- Check proper bills & Measurements.
- Controlled delays in work by LD clause.
- Quality Verification of Material and work
- Controlling Wastage / Damages/Losses/Leakages during ongoing construction.
- Maintaining MOU/MOM of all meetings.
- Can prepare/Draft all sort of Agreements of Vendors/Contractors.
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven experience especially in Construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
- A team player with leadership skills and able to work with all levels of Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,370.92 per month
