- Position Summary & Role

Highly focused Nursing sister with 1-3 years hands on experience with a hospital, diagnostic or a medical lab, familiar with statistical tools capable of conducting blood tests, well versed with electronic diagnostic tools for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
A mandate should hold a valid passport and comfortable travelling offshore (Client’s side) to be trained on revolutionary diagnostic equipment’s.
This position involves signing up a loyalty bond with the company for one year as company will bear expenses on his travel, stay and to get him trained offshore(client’s side).
Good communication skills, both written and oral, ability to listen and talk with a client or co-worker.
Dual Task: Talk & Type. Courteous and ability to remain calm under any circumstance.
Must be able to offer empathy to any situation presented
Lab maintaining and safety - Adheres to all rules and regulations.
- Educational Qualifications

Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized University / Board.
Certificate in General Nursing and midwifery from a recognized Institution or equivalent qualification
- Additional Role and Responsibilities

Proactively seeks to learn new products and diagnostic tools.

To maintain the personal hygiene of the patients.

Writing of diet sheet, Supervision and distribution of diets after consulting with the medicinal doctor.

Observing, recording and reporting of vital signs.

Ensured adequate safety of area in order to prevent any possible accidents.

Anticipate potential problem situations and intervene with insight and understanding, to offset any adverse impact on the patient or patient care.

Administration of Medicines and Injections to the patients.

Collecting, labeling and dispatch of specimens.

Tracking, receive and giving reports on patients, unsolved problems, resources required and other pertinent information at the beginning and end of each shift.

To take frequent and regular rounds in the ward, patient to patient and clinical areas. Supervising cleanliness of clinical areas.

Coordinating with the billing team and updating them on the admission and discharge of patients.

Assist in rounds with Medical Physicians/Surgeons and help in examination of patients and treatment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
