**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the skill levels of students (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).
- Teach foundational exercises such as _Sarali Varisai_, _Janta Varisai_, and _Alankaram_ progressing to _Geethams_, _Varnams_, and _Krithis_.
- Provide instruction in _Manodharma_ (improvisation), including _Aalaapana_, _Neraval_, and _Kalpana Swaras_.
- Educate students on the nuances of rhythm (_Talam_) and pitch (_Shruti_).
- **Student Development**:

- Assess the musical abilities of students and customize teaching methods to meet their needs.
- Track progress and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their goals.
- Encourage participation in performances, competitions, and exams where appropriate.
- **Cultural Enrichment**:

- Share insights into the history, philosophy, and cultural significance of Carnatic music.
- Guide students in understanding and appreciating classical compositions and their composers (_Trinity of Carnatic Music_, etc.).
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Collaborate with other staff members for recitals, workshops, and special programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,364.82 per month
