**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at promoting the Metrovaartha website and its content.

3. Optimize the website's SEO performance by conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page optimization strategies, and monitoring rankings and organic traffic.

4. Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and community management to enhance brand visibility and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

5. Monitor and analyse digital marketing campaigns and website analytics to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing strategies for better results.

6. Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the digital landscape and provide insights for marketing decisions.

7. Collaborate with the editorial team to develop content marketing strategies and align digital marketing efforts with editorial objectives.

8. Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices to ensure our online newspaper remains competitive and innovative.

**Qualifications**:
1. Degree / Diploma in digital marketing, communications, or a related field.

2. 1 to 2 year work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role within the digital marketing field.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
