We are hiring motivated and energetic individuals to join our **Bihar Election Campaign 2025** team.
You will be part of a political campaign team responsible for managing on-ground and digital activities including social media promotion, public engagement, and voter outreach programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing election campaigns
- Manage social media content and digital promotions
- Coordinate on-ground events, rallies, and meetings
- Distribute campaign materials across local areas
- Support bulk SMS, IVR, and WhatsApp promotions
- Collect and manage voter data and campaign reports

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication skills in **Hindi** (English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of **social media & digital marketing**:

- Ability to coordinate field-level activities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Teamwork and leadership ability
- Politically aware and enthusiastic about public work

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum Education**:12th Pass / Graduate**:

- Experience in political campaigns, marketing, or event coordination (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
