**Job Description: MIS/Data Entry Operator - Chaizup Beverages**

**Position**: MIS Executive / Data Entry Operator
**Company**: Chaizup Beverages
**Location**: Taratala, Kolkata

**Job Type**: Permanent (Full-Time)
**Joining**: Immediate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and maintain MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis using Microsoft Excel.
- Enter and manage data in company systems with speed and accuracy.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounts teams to collect and verify data.
- Prepare dashboards and summary reports for management review.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all entered information.
- Maintain organized records and support audit/documentation requirements.

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced Excel knowledge (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, charts).
- Fast and accurate typing; data entry experience preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of ERP or inventory software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate in any stream (Commerce background preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in data entry or MIS roles.
- Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply.
