**Job Summary**: As a Fresher Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into sales through outbound calls. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to start a career in sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate interest.
- Follow a prepared script to provide information about the product or service.

**Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential customers from provided databases or through research.
- Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their interest level.

**Sales Conversion**:

- Persuade customers to purchase products or services by explaining the benefits and answering questions.
- Close sales and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.

**Continuous Learning**:

- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: No prior experience required; training will be provided.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [language].
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
