Job Title: Graphic Designer - Sketching and Drawing

Location: Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana/ Remote

**Job Type**: Contractor

**Who We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking a Graphic Designer with a strong background in **drawing** and **sketching** on paper and digital to work on tracing/designing fashion wear using Adobe Illustrator and Blender. DO NOT APPLY if you do not have drawing and sketching skills and experience.

**What You’ll Work On**
- Collaborate with the Creative Design Director to interpret design themes and create visually striking, on-brand graphics for apparel.
- Assist in crafting thematic collections and product expressions using color and graphic design.
- Create Computer-Aided Designs (CAD), digital mockups, and patterns using Adobe Illustrator, and Blender.
- Ensure all designs meet production standards and maintain high quality.

**Who You’ll Work With**

You'll work cross-functionally with teams in design, product management, and development, driving graphic strategy and collaborating to meet deadlines and design goals.

**What You’ll Bring**

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

2. Experience: 2+ years in Drawing and Sketching on paper and digital formats with a strong portfolio of prior work.

3. Skills:
a. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Blender

b. Strong understanding of clothing sizing, crafting, and pattern-making.

c. Excellent in sketching, typography, and color theory.

d. Ability to translate cultural insights into compelling visual narratives.

4. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative ability, visual storytelling, and executed design concepts.

5. Collaboration: Ability to communicate design intent effectively and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

6. Project Management: Proven ability to manage timelines efficiently.

7. Work Location: In-person at Palam Vihar, Gurgaon, Haryana Or Remote.
