We are seeking a talented and innovative Generative Al Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Al implementation group, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing state-of-the-art natural language processing models, particularly focusing on conversational agents and related technologies.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Model Development: Lead the development and implementation of generative Al models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and design models that meet specific business objectives.

2) Training and Fine-Tuning: Train and fine-tune models using large datasets to enhance performance, accuracy, and natural language understanding. Continuously evaluate and improve model effectiveness through experimentation and iteration.

3) Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative Al. Propose and implement innovative algorithms to improve the capabilities and efficiency of conversational agents.

5) Evaluation and Metrics: Develop and implement evaluation metrics to assess model performance and user experience. Iterate on models based on user feedback and performance analytics to achieve the desired conversational outcomes.

6) Collaboration: Engage with the wider Al research community, stay informed about cutting-edge research, and actively participate in research collaborations and publications.

7) Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes. Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and stakeholders. Performance and user experience. Iterate on models based on user feedback and performance analytics to achieve the desired conversational outcomes.

8) Collaboration: Engage with the wider Al research community, stay informed about cutting-edge research, and actively participate in research collaborations and publications.

9) Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for models, algorithms, and processes. Ensure knowledge transfer to other team members and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:
Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

**Experience**: Experience in developing/deploying generative Al models, Must experience in Banking domain for 2 years.

**Problem Solving**:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Continuous Learning**: commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in Al and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
