**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, cooking, maintenance, and food and beverage service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the property
- Manage and train staff to ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

**Key Competencies**:

- Degree in hotel management or tourism
- 1 years of experience in hotel management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
