Civil Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, plan, and implement civil engineering training programs for students, employees, or clients.
- Deliver lectures, presentations, and hands-on training in various areas of civil engineering such as structural analysis, materials science, construction management, surveying, and environmental engineering.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and assessment tools.
- Monitor and evaluate trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in civil engineering practices, regulations, and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree ).
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, materials, construction processes, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with project management and software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, or Civil 3D.
