Ensuring that all vehicles in the fleet are regularly serviced and maintained according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

This involves scheduling routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, and tire rotations.

Coordinating and managing the repair process for any breakdowns or mechanical issues with the HCV fleet. This includes diagnosing problems, sourcing necessary parts, and supervising or performing repairs to ensure mínimal downtime and maximum vehicle availability.

Conducting periodic inspections of the HCV fleet to identify any maintenance or repair needs. Inspections may involve checking fluid levels, tire condition, engine performance, electrical systems, and overall vehicle safety.

Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities, including service schedules, work orders, parts inventory, and vehicle histories. This information helps track the performance of individual vehicles, identify recurring issues, and plan future maintenance requirements.

Leading a team of mechanics and technicians responsible for maintaining and repairing the HCV fleet.

Adhering to all relevant safety regulations and ensuring that the HCV fleet meets the required standards for roadworthiness and compliance with local and national transportation regulations. This includes staying updated on industry best practices and implementing appropriate safety protocols.

Managing the maintenance budget and controlling costs associated with vehicle repairs, parts procurement, and equipment maintenance.

This may involve negotiating with vendors, optimizing inventory levels, and seeking cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹38,128.31 per month
