Designation: Junior Accounts Executive

Location : Chennai

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day accounting and finance.
- Compliance responsibilities of the entity (GST, TDS, PF, ESI - Filings)
- Verification, allocation posting, and reconciliation of the accounts payable and receivables.
- Maintenance of the proper books of accounts and the company records like balance sheet, profit and loss account, tax liability, and maintenance of all other financial activities of the organization.
- Preparation of MIS, general ledger, and other reports to the management
- Coordination with different departments and strong relationship with clients
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
- 1 - 3 years experience in general or tax accounting
- Practical understanding of accounting and finance functions
- Basic understanding of GST / TDS / Income, Banking
- Basic understanding in Accounts Payable especially procurement to payables process
- Experience with computerized ledger systems
- Knowledge of Excel, Tally
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

**Interview process**:

- 1st level Practical assessment & interview with Hiring Manager.
- 2nd level Interview with the Management.
