**Designation: Facility Supervisor**
**Department: Administration**

**Facilities Maintenance**:

- Oversee the maintenance of Functional areas and Dining Place
- Coordinate repairs, renovations, and upgrades to meet the evolving needs of the Housekeeping’s

**Housekeeping Management**:

- Manage Housekeeping, Floor Cleaning, and outdoor maintenance activities.
- Ensure the basic needs.

**Equipment and Systems Maintenance: (Manufacturing)**
- Coordinate the preventive maintenance and repairs of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
- Ensure that equipment in Production and common areas is well-maintained and operational.

**Safety and Compliance: (Manufacturing)**
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any identified issues promptly.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource utilization.
- Plan and prioritize maintenance projects based on available resources.

**Emergency Response**:

- Develop and implement emergency response plans for maintenance-related incidents.
- Coordinate with security and other relevant departments during emergencies.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment inventory.
- Generate regular reports on maintenance performance, budget utilization, and key performance indicators.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Degree
- Previous experience in facilities or maintenance management, preferably in a Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to facilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
