**Key Responsibilities**:
Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, foot traffic, and sales for each café location.

Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels while continuously enhancing brand awareness and loyalty.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers through effective communication channels, feedback mechanisms, and loyalty programs.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation within the café industry.

Raw Material Procurement: Develop procurement plans for sourcing raw materials including coffee beans, dairy products, baked goods, and other essential supplies for the cafes.

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of raw materials.

Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and coordinate with café managers to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing wastage and optimizing costs.

Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis on procurement activities, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices in all procurement activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven experience in marketing strategy development and campaign execution, preferably in the food and beverage industry.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different teams and levels within the organization.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
