General Ledger Management
- Handle and Follow up accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain records of business costs, such as labour and material
- Scrutinize the invoices/Bills/Vendor Statements before payment release.
- Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.
- Handle general account queries.
- Preparation of BRS
- Preparation of MIS
- Tax Compliances
- Cash Management, Petty cash maintenance.
- Prepare and gain approval for Raising PO and Invoices
- Follow up on the PO raised.
- Inventory management and Sourcing for new products
- Coordinating the logistics of goods inward and outward, including arranging transportation and tracking to ensure timely delivery.
- Scan, file and log documents.
- Maintain the Hard and soft copy of documents.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
